經營者的話
傳統的空運或報關公司，大多僅做單項業務，不是專做進口、或專做出口、或只做報關方面的生意。為了整合客戶多方面需求，台灣空運從一開始就很清楚的定位為“全方位”﹝ one stop shopping ﹞國際運輸物流公司，藉以滿足客戶一次購足的需求。這是我們最值得驕傲的成果，也展現台灣空運高度的服務熱誠。
服務業 know-how 產生的過程，一定要契合人性，因為服務脫離不了人性。很多服務業在追求規模擴充的過程中失敗了，原因在於無法掌握當初與顧客接觸的感覺。因此，“服務業”不是頂尖，就是出局。
近年來，台灣空運除努力發展原有營運項目外，在兩岸三地陸續成立分公司並在業界率先提倡“雙營運中心”的嶄新經營理念，同時爭取到中部科學園區物流中心的經營權，和客戶發展腳步，一路相隨。世界是平的，企業與人才的競爭已無疆界。為因應全球化競爭，除盡力提供優質服務外，台灣空運並斥資加強 e 化功能，並採策略聯盟，擴大營運規模及全球服務競爭力，期望能實現“立足亞洲、放眼世界”的心願和夢想。
